Yes, you can record your daily diet in different ways, depending on what works best for you each time.
You can add foods and meals:
from the icon + next to each meal (e.g. Breakfast, Lunch), for manual entry
from the three dots next to the meal name, by selecting “Copy from previous day”, so you can quickly add meals you've already logged
In addition, the app offers alternative ways to log:
by food photo
by product label photo
where the AI assistant recognizes the food and helps you log it more easily.
Finally, from the button + at the bottom of the screen you can select “New Food” and manually add a new food item.
This way, you have full flexibility in recording your diet and a complete view of your meals and daily intake.
