Go to the bottom of the screen
There you’ll find the bar with the main navigation icons of the app.
Open Settings
Tap the gear icon at the top right.
Select “Help & Support”
Inside the settings menu, find the section Help & Support to see the available options.
Tap “Send us an email”
From there, you can reach us by email at support@balantia.app.
Our support team will look at your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
