To cancel your subscription, please note that subscription management is handled either within the balantia app or through the store where the purchase was made (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Below you’ll find all available cancellation options.
You can cancel your subscription directly from the balantia app by following these steps:
Open the balantia app
Go to Settings (gear icon)
Select Account
Tap Subscription
Choose Cancel subscription
The cancellation process is completed through the corresponding store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
If your subscription was purchased through the Google Play Store, you can also cancel it by following these steps:
Open the Google Play Store on your device
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
Select Payments & subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions
Find and select balantia
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the confirmation steps
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you can cancel your subscription as follows:
Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
Select Subscriptions
Find and tap balantia
Select Cancel subscription and confirm
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
