To disable automatic subscription renewal, the process is completed directly through the store where the purchase was made (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

If your subscription was purchased through the Google Play Store, follow these steps:
Open the Google Play Store on your device
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
Select Payments & subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions
Find and select the balantia subscription
Tap Manage and turn off automatic renewal
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, follow these steps:
Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
Select Subscriptions
Find and tap the balantia subscription

Your subscription will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
