You can change your subscription plan on balantia in the following ways:
Via Google Play Store (on Android devices)
Directly through the balantia app, if you’re using an iOS
Via Apple App Store (on iOS devices)
If you’re using an iPhone or iPad, you can change your subscription plan right from the app:
Open the balantia app
Go to Settings (gear icon)
Select Account
Tap Subscription
Choose the new plan you want
The change will be completed through the App Store.
The option to change plan in-app is only available on iOS.
If you're using an Android device, you can change your plan via the Google Play Store:
Open the Google Play Store
Tap the profile icon at the top right
Select “Payments & subscriptions”
Tap “Subscriptions”
Find and select the balantia subscription
Tap “Manage” and then “Change plan”
Select the new plan

Alternatively, on iOS you can also change your plan straight from the App Store:
Open the Settings of your device
Tap your name (Apple ID)
Select “Subscriptions”
Find the balantia subscription
Tap “Options” or “Change Plan”

The subscription plan change is done via the platform where the original purchase was made (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
balantia can't change subscriptions.
The terms and available plan change options are set by the respective store.
