You can easily track your daily calorie intake from the info panel that shows up on the balantia app's home screen balantia. There, you can check your progress for the day at a glance.
Entitled (top left)
Your daily calorie goal, as set by your nutrition plan.
Burned (middle left)
The calories you’ve “earned” through physical activity and recorded exercise.
Consumed (bottom left)
The calories you’ve already taken in during the day from your food and drinks.
Balance (in the central circular chart)
The calories you’ve got left until you hit your daily goal. If you add exercise, your balance goes up.
This way, you can keep track in real time of how close you are to your goal and easily adjust your choices throughout the day.
