Meals in the app balantia are the sections where you organize what you eat during the day (e.g. breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack).
Each food or drink you log is added to a specific meal, so you can:
track what and how much you consume during the day
see how calories and macros are distributed per meal
get a better idea of your overall nutritional balance
Through meals, and specifically from the three dots (⋮) menu, you can:
to add or remove foods
to see the meal analysis, meaning the calories, the nutrients it contains, as well as the corresponding limits for the meal
to copy a meal from a previous day, saving time on logging
