The balantia app lets you easily copy meals from a previous day, so you save time when you eat similar foods.
Find the meal you want to add entries to.
Tap the three dots (⋮) menu next to the name of the meal.
Select “Copy from previous day”.
The entries from the corresponding meal of the previous day are automatically added to today's meal.
All foods, quantities, and calories are copied and instantly update your total daily intake.
That way, balantia makes tracking your daily nutrition faster and simpler, without losing accuracy.
