The starting weight is the weight value you entered when signing up for the app and it’s used to track your progress.
You can change it only if you haven't logged other weight values. If there are later entries, you'll need to delete them first, as the starting weight affects the progress charts.
To change your starting weight in the balantia app, follow these steps:
Go to the bottom of the screen
That's where you'll find the app’s main navigation icons.
Open Settings
Tap the gear icon at the top right.
Tap "Profile"
In your profile section, you'll find the option “Starting weight”.
This option is disabled if weight values have already been entered. In this case, you'll need to delete the existing entries first in order to modify it.
This way, it makes sure that the progress charts and weight changes in the balantia app stay accurate and reliable.
