How can I change my goals?
To edit your goals, follow these steps:
Go to the bottom of the screen
There you’ll find the main navigation icons of the app.
Open Settings
Tap the gear icon at the top right.
Tap “Goals”
Go to the “Goals” section to set up your personal plan.
What can you change inside Goals?
From this section you can change:
Goal: weight loss, maintenance, or gain
Goal weight: the kilos you want to reach
Rate of weight change: slow, moderate, normal, fast, or very fast
Nutrition plan: balanced or athletic diet
Calorie goal: you can set the calories you want to consume daily. Once you do, the balantia app predicts the expected weekly weight change based on your choice.
Step goal: you can set the daily step goal you want to hit.
Water goal: you can set your daily water intake goal in ml.

Changing one goal may affect other goals too (e.g. calories), so that your overall plan stays consistent, realistic, and tailored to your needs.
