In some cases, there might be a temporary mismatch between Google Play and the app, even if the payment went through successfully.
What’s happening?
Subscriptions on Android devices are managed directly by Google Play.
If something goes wrong during renewal (like a sync delay), the app might temporarily show that the subscription got declined, even if it’s already renewed.
What you can do:
Open the Balantia
Go to the Subscription Screen
Tap the “Restore Purchases” button (bottom left)
Wait a few seconds for the sync to finish
In most cases, access is restored right away.
If the problem continues:
Check that your subscription shows as active in Google Play Settings
