You can cancel your balantia subscription through the app or directly through the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where you purchased it.
Cancel through balantia (iOS & Android)
Open the balantia app.
Tap “More”, the third tab at the bottom of the screen.
Select “Subscription”.
Tap the cancellation option and follow the instructions.
The app will redirect you to the appropriate store (App Store or Google Play) to complete the cancellation.
On the “Subscription” screen, you can also check your subscription status, including when your free trial ends, your next renewal date, or when your subscription expires.
Cancel through Google Play Store (Android)
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select “Payments & subscriptions” → “Subscriptions”.
Find and select your balantia subscription.
Tap “Cancel subscription” and follow the instructions to confirm.
You can also manage your subscription through Google Play Subscriptions.
Cancel through the App Store (iOS)
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Select “Subscriptions”.
Find and select your balantia subscription.
Tap “Cancel Subscription” and confirm.

What happens after cancellation?
Your subscription will not renew automatically, and you won't be charged for the next billing period.
You'll retain access to the app's features until the end of your current paid subscription period.
Canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
If you decide to reactivate your subscription, you can go to the “Subscription” section in balantia.
Free trial: If you're currently on a free trial, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.
Important: Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription. You must complete the cancellation through the App Store or Google Play Store.
