What do the colors in the balantia calendar mean?

Calendar

On the “Log” screen, tap the calendar icon in the top-right corner to see your daily calorie intake at a glance. Each day has a colored ring below its date, showing how much of your daily calorie target you've reached.

The fill level of the ring shows how close you are to your target, while its color indicates whether you've exceeded it:

  • 🔵 Blue: You're within your daily calorie target. The fuller the ring, the closer you are to reaching your target.

  • 🟡 Yellow: You've exceeded your daily calorie target by up to 10%.

  • 🟠 Orange: You've exceeded your daily calorie target by more than 10%.

  • ⚪ Gray: You haven't logged any food for that day.

Future dates don't display a ring, but you can still select them. Today's date is shown in blue, while the selected date has a blue outline around it. Tap “Today” to return to the current day.

The same colors are also used in “Nutrition Analytics”, helping you easily track your calorie and nutrient intake against your daily targets and limits.

In dark mode, an empty ring appears darker, but its meaning remains the same.
