How can I track my calorie intake?

Main panel

You can track your daily calorie intake in the “Calorie Goal” card at the top of the “Log” screen.

How to read the indicators

The large number shows how many calories you've consumed compared to your daily target. Next to it, the horseshoe-shaped progress indicator fills up as you approach your target and changes color based on your intake:

  • Blue: You're within your daily calorie target.

  • Yellow: You've exceeded your target by up to 10%.

  • Orange: You've exceeded your target by more than 10%.

The number showing your consumed calories also changes to the same color, making it easy to see where you stand in relation to your target.

What do the additional indicators mean?

Depending on your settings, you may see additional information below your calorie total:

  • “+250 Burned added”: The extra calories you've burned during a workout have been added to your daily calorie budget, provided you've enabled “Add to My Total” for that activity.

  • “Custom Goal”: You've set your own daily calorie target instead of using the one calculated by the app.

  • “+250 kcal” or “-250 kcal”: You've enabled “Calorie Distribution”, allowing you to eat more calories on certain days and fewer on others while maintaining your weekly calorie target.

Where can you find more information?

Just below the calorie card, you can track your carbohydrate, protein, and fat intake against your daily targets.

Each meal also shows how many calories you've consumed compared to that meal's calorie target.

For a more complete picture, go to “Overview”, where the “Daily Calories” chart lets you track your calorie intake over the week, along with your average intake and target.

Calories are displayed in your selected unit (kcal, kJ, or points), which you can change under “More” → “Units”.

If the calorie card isn't visible, you can enable “Daily Summary” under “Customize Log Screen” at the bottom of the “Log” screen.
