balantia keeps a history of your measurements, including weight, body fat, muscle mass, body water, body circumferences, and health markers, so you can track your progress over time.
Where to find your measurement history
On the Overview screen, find the “Body Measurements” section.
Each card shows your latest recorded value, the date it was logged, and a small chart showing how it has changed over time.
Tap a card to view the history of that measurement, or select “More” in the top-right corner to see all available measurements.
What measurements can you track?
On the “Body Measurements” screen, measurements are organized into three categories:
Body: Weight, body fat, muscle mass, body water, basal metabolic rate, and total energy expenditure.
Measurements: Chest, waist, hip, thigh, and upper arm circumferences.
Lab Results: Blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, and triglycerides.
How to view and manage your entries
Select a measurement to view all your previous entries, including the value, date, and time, starting with the most recent.
From the same screen, you can:
Add a new entry by tapping the + in the top-right corner.
Delete an entry by swiping left on it.
What happens when you log a new weight?
Every time you log your weight, balantia automatically updates your profile and recalculates your daily calorie target, so your nutrition plan adjusts as you make progress.
You can also set a weekly weigh-in reminder by going to “More” and selecting “Reminders”.
This gives you a complete picture of your progress and makes it easy to track changes in your measurements over time.
